During Term 3 we have done lots of fun stuff like trips, active learning and art. These are the things that have been my peaks and pits. Peaks are fun things and pits have been the challenges.
Clean up day was the best because I made a boot at the recycling centre. I have been working hard at getting smarter at maths because Mrs Palmer helps me get smarter.
Not going on the park trip because I haven't been doing my work and getting a reflection.

This is how we made them.
1. Draw a design for your mosaic on paper.
2.Draw the design on your piece of wood.
3.Choose the tiles you want to use for your mosaic.
4.Break up the tiles if you need to.
5. Use the tile adhesive to stick the tiles to your design on the wood.
6.Clean the tiles of any extra adhesive.
7.Put grout around the tiles so the wood is all covered.
8.wipe the excess grout off the tiles.
9. Your mosaic is finished.
When I was making my mosaic I found smashing the tiles easy. I found cleaning off the excess adhesive hard to get off.
Here is a photo of my finished mosaic.
Prediction: I think the water will warm up and steam will go on the bag.
snap lock bag
1. We drew on the snap lock bag a mountain some clouds and the sea.
2.pour water in a zip lock bag and then pour food colouring in the bag.
3. Tap the zip lock bag to the window in the sun.
4. Wait and see
The water in the bag evaporated into water vapor , condensation. The water drop lets got heavy and fell down, precipitation. It is collected on the mountain and into the rivers and oceans. The cycle starts again.
My prediction was nearly right. It was water vapor and not steam.

First I designed my name in my art book that I am going to put on my headphone bag. We then started
how much we needed. We also used a piece of white material and designed our name tag.
We pinned our name tags onto our bags and put velcro on the bags ready for sewing.
